points to not book viceroy non spa non beach resort 1. far away from beach 2. no sea view from property 3. old property 4. dirty rooms 5. dirty & torn pillows and towels 6. cable tv was not working properly (low signal) 7. intercom was broken 8. horrible taste of food & overpriced 9. no smart tv in a executive category room 10. dirty wash basin, mirror & comod in bathroom 11. no sofa, no fridge (although it was mentioned at the time of booking) 12. wifi password is available, but low or no signal 13. stinking ac

Very nice place to stay for vacations. Staffs are very nice and courteous. Always ready to help . Foods are awesome and value for money . Swimming pool and parks are very neat and clean .

it is an average resort in Mondermoni. The price is much higher compared to amenities. They can't repair cable TV throughout my tenure. Room was specious but bathroom was not clean. it is not an good Indian resort which are available in other parts of India. They put pressure on tourist to leave immediately after 10am in the morning which is not a decent approach. Anyway one night is ok. it is an average. resort.

probably the most horrible one. the staff at the reception including their senior manager is unprofessional. rude .don't know how to behave with customers. this hotel does not have spa facility but it is in their name. they don't feel it right to inform their valuable customers about this. when confronted they said that why making fuss with this.
