Toilet leaked, black mold on the walls, and no hot water. I showed the staff photos Stayed one night and left…Hotel looked NOTHING like the pictures worst service…they denied every gent request from customer

While I had to wait for 45 mins for checkin as the rooms were not ready. Surprisingly it was mentioned in their reception area that if were late in doing check out they are going to charge Rs 500 for every one hour delay. Apart from the above it was a pleasant experience. The service staffs were very coperative.

A humble request to all the people-do not go here. These people will go to any level to ruin your holiday weekend. if willing to risk your lives please go ahead and stay tin Victoria beach resort mondarmoni. Property is decorated nicely but maintenance is worse. In this pandemic situation travelers are requested to have 2 dose vaccination certificate or RTPCR negative report, but staffs are not having a mask, staff quality so poor.

Too pricey for whatever they provide. WiFi doesn't reach the rooms. So 'work from hotel' guys, beware. Rooms haven't got sufficient furniture for hanging stuff. I've seen smaller hotels at lesser price provide complimentary things like more water bottles. Overall, I won't recommend this hotel as there are better hotels in Mandarmani for lesser price and better facilities.
