I lost one wireless headphones in the hotel. when checked with housekeeping person, they said they didn't get those headphones. very much harrassed with hotel officials also. we had earlier visited other hotels also where people used to return or confirm on checkout about any leftover items. nothing of that sort and bluntly says we didn't get anything. not at all trustworthy.

Better to avoid Managed by Clarks Inn but property is not in good condition. Walls have spots & bathrooms have rusted taps. Hotel is in industrial area on top floors of mall with lot of outside & inside noice. No windows, no outside view, small rooms. Not recommended for any category of travelers as better options available.

very avg size of rooms with small beds. for low budget business travellers it may be a good choice . dont expect too much and you will be happy. loud noises from adjoining music stores and movie theatre on the same floor is annoying.

It's very quiet and clean place. it's not my first stay. Every time I visit patna, this place is my favourite place. The staff is so active. and food is amazing and very affordable. privacy
