Had a wonderful stay! The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Excellent service and a comfortable ambiance made the experience even better.

The stay was good, service and food was amazing. We had a wonderful time... We would like to say thanks to hotel staff for their quick help when we stuck on a steep turn which was a dead end... Our car got stuck while heading back to our home and we quickly called hotel for their help... in few minutes hotel manager and their driver reach to us and helped us in rescuing our car.. Always be thankful to them. The overall stay... food, hospitality and their help.

Excellent services, good hospitality however the tariff charges were little high due to high demand . Everything was good, kids enjoyed a lot. Food was also goos. All options available .

the property is very good but there is no lake view and food menu is very limited.food is average. there is no lift to go on 2nd floor rooms are clean and hygienic far from mall road around 2.5 km

Stay was ok and food was good,but rooms were old and main problem was no centralised heating systems in rooms .Tv was also very small.and old fashioned.Mr chandresh at reception was very helpful and nice.as a family it was ok and they provided sofa cum bed which was not. comfortable ,instead would have provided extra bed.
