stay was good and some improvement needed to was not working and in bathroom hot water not coming in bath tap itβs coming in hand wash tap only ,location was excellent ππ»

The main thing to be considered is the MANAGER who sits with very rude face.. He never laugh at all...The reception is good as usual.. But since the management changed they should have sense at least to provide the TV.. and earlier the restaurant was open but now it's not..

I have checked in today into the hotel with my joined family and had three rooms on 3rd floor. There was a power cut of 15 mins after we checked in and it went totally dark as they don't have a power backup. The room phone is not work in any of the 3 rooms. They say that intercom is faulty. So getting any sort of room service we have to go down and ask or make a mobile call. They provide extra bed without a blanket, quilt or a sheet. I am little bit disappointed about the restaurant service because when I visited last time I had very good experience but this time I observed that it is not running with full potential and it has lost its importance. Very very less items available and now outside people are not having food in this restaurant. Otherwise the hotel room was good.
