the hotel itself was great ... good amenities like kettle and fridge, cleanliness etc. location is also good ... near to major roads but far enough for a quiet retreat. i did ask for an extension for one day and the caretaker/manager asked me to wait till evening before doing booking . but in the evening, he quoted a much higher rate. hence, i had to unfortunately move out the next morning. lesson learned : just go with the best deal offered online rather than trying to beat those rates by directly dealing with the hotel.

The hotel is at very good location in south Goa, also the staff is very friendly and smooth check in. Parking facility is there. A/C, WiFi, Fridge all are working fine.
