wash room water 💦 so bad condition need to clean up water tank
no bath towel , whatever we need in hotel amenities are not there
lights not working well charging pluck also

pathetic room condition. Damp, moist, wall. water sipping in washroom, bed sheet unclean. Worst to worst. No geyser in washroom. Honey bee all around.

Excellent play to stay, friendly staff,all needs were fulfilled,lift facility is available,lift working fine, check in and out process was smooth, service was excellent 👌will stay in vimsen palace every time I visit jajpur road

1. Lift not working. I requested for a room in the ground or 1st floor for health reasons.I have been allotted with a room in 2nd floor. 2. TV not working 3. The hotel is in an isolated place. 4. The Manager does not have basic courtesy of HOSPITALITY Industry

No towel provided, rooms are not cleaned. Water in tap comes very slowly. Basic thing needs to improve. Otherwise location is good.

awful experience, people! Never, ever, even consider staying at that place; didn't help me with my property issue; they just showed me some nice pictures that weren't at all accurate of the pathetic state of the place, and they demanded payment for another room change even though there was no option for cleaning. I ended up paying 1000 rupees more even though I had already paid rupees.

The staff was very rude. tv was not working. frequently power supply was disconnected.room was very dirty. i paid 300 more at the hotel without that they won't let us check in.
