I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel! The staff was courteous and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable. I especially want to thank Manisha Patra for her exceptional support β she was extremely helpful in arranging my slot smoothly and made the entire process effortless. Her professionalism and friendly approach truly enhanced my stay.
I request management to pay her incentive on her good work .
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free hotel experience!

the stay at the hotel was good, but maintenance had to be improved, wall painting is not good, ac remote is not working, tap at washroom was not properly functioning, these small issues are to be taken care of otherwise it's a very worthy stay. location advantage is also one of the plus points. overall it's good.

Room quality was good.

the parking facility is not good for two wheelers and it's dangerous to park in and park out..

When we stayed, some facilities were not available. Also, AC doesn't cool as it should, either they set it to optimal control where Guests/customer even try to make it 16Β° doesn't help it cools as 24 or 22Β°. Also the plates are dirty, not cleaned properly. Same as Ganesh Bhavan.
