The staff is not responsible for anything... Everyone just passing the job to someone, ultimately nothing....
Rooms are neither restored nor maintained properly...

1. we stayed for 3 days and they did not change the bedsheets.
2. the toilet was not clean. the basin interior was broken and rusted. the shower handle was broken.
3. no water was provided. the jug was not clean. they wanted us to buy the water.
