Very dirty place. I booked the hotel only relying on Gostay property but this should not qualify for Gostay. The reception people's behaviour is also very rude.

I have booked a room with breakfast but tea/coffee nothing is available before 8am. They should think about it if someone need in morning then how guests will manage?
I asked for our breakfast but the receptionist said it will take some time bcoz staff is not available. I told him my flight time is 11:30am from Bagdogra and you are not providing any tea/coffee and breakfast then how we will manage.
After that he arranged breakfast for us but there was no La carte. No kettle available, No water ...more

The said hotel is closely located near the Tenzing Norway Bus Stand at walking distance and the hotel is also very neat and clean hotel with budget friendly
