its a budget hotel.. stayed as we had to take some rest from my long drive to Goa via Mysore.. non ac rooms.. as we stayed when it rained the weather was pleasant and we didn't feel the need for an ac.. bathrooms were clean.. the blanket sheets were filthy dirty.. got them changed to new ones.. the person at the reception was cooperative.. they do not have independent parking.. you need to park at the side of the road near the hotel.

No Tooth Paste
No Comb
No Iron
And
Booked for 2 Persons and provided
Single Towel and Single Soap with Shampoo
How we explore with other to recommadate
For location we preferred that's near to bus stop and palace

A budget hotel, can opt if you just need it for a night.
Pros:
Centrally located, attractions can be accessed easily.
Guy at front-desk was polite and responsive.
Hill view rooms offer some open space on the terrace, one can enjoy early sunrise views from there.
Tidy bathroom.
A working television.
Cons:
There are no air-conditioned rooms. It may get challenging during Summer, luckily we booked the "hill-view" room which offered some open space which saved the day.
Small sized rooms.
