it was average, didn't feel like i was staying at vivanta. made a request for a twin-bed room almost a month before my stay, but nobody cares about that. particularly worst experience was room cleaning, they never put towels/ pillows/ coffee powder in same quantity. and then room service is slowest possible. no kids fun zone, activity room. if you are stuck in the hotel due to bad weather, you just have to watch tv or maybe spa. only saving grace was location and food quality. final suggestion is don't expect vivanta luxury.

Our stay at Vivanta Meghalaya was great. Location is great, near police bazar ie. shopping hub, people love to shop and roam here and there.
Staff is very helpful and courteous. well behaved young boys and girls.
Had buffet breakfast there , food was tasty and healthy.

it is a good hotel and we had a great experience as we were celebrating our friend's birthday 🎂 complementary cake was really nice and food at the restaurant was awesome 👌
we enjoyed the helpful staff and Taj Vivanta spa

Hotel is good, but rooms are too small for even for family of 2 person. If you are travelling with child of age upto 14 years , please confirm with Hotel as during the booking it shows for 3 person, but you will be charged for extra mattress. Laos the size of the rooms are so small that extra bed can not be accommodated. Also there are no other recreational facilities in the hotel , no swimming pool & Gym is there but too small.
