the rooms of this hotel is getting horrible. mostly are smelly, damp rooms. but as there were vacant rooms, able to get a good one.

nobody is there to take our luggage from reception to the room ...simply gave us the room key and asked to go to roomwashroom toilet handshower was leaking and the washroom became watery.

every thing is okay in room number 504…
hotel management can improve room curtains which is not totally black out…
ac is old and not working properly…
also fan regulator not working properly…
