Location is good, just on the sea beach. But basic amenities were not present. The room sizes are same in queen and royal Cottages just that the royal Cottages are closer to sea beach. in Royal Cottage only 1 king bed is there, not enough for 3 people, but good for families. Royal Cottage has refrigerator. The property is newly build and part of it under construction. 4 royal Cottages and 6 queen Cottages are there. The service is excellent. Hotel is newly built and most of the basic amenities are missing. The bathroom flush was not working hence had to flush using bucket. We went for a office trip and booked 5 rooms. Flush was not working in 3 out of 5 washrooms. The ac was not working most of the time due to voltage fluctuation. After 9 pm when diesel generator was switched on, then the ac started working properly. TV was not working in 2 out of 3 rooms.
