The hotel's appearance was nice and the staff was also good but the hotel need to work at some point such as room service and behaviour.

The actual room different from the real one.The staff was not cooperative. Why i asked about the difference in what is written and what is served, they were silent.Overall stay and breakfast was nice. But still need to improve in so many aspects. Please do not promise what you cannot give.
