Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and the service provided fell far below my expectations and the standards promised. Some of the major issues I encountered include:
No basic amenities
Air conditioning not functioning properly, television was dismental
No toiletries in the bathroom
Poor customer service at the front desk

horrible stay with wedlock.
the rooms were stinky, the washroom was leaking, lift not working, room service was bad you need to wait hours for towel, tea and breakfast was not served before 10am

i don't take any pictures, but bedsheet was not clean, it was burnt by cigrate mosquito was around in room and also cockroach was roaming around.

worst hotel. we have booked for 4 days. hotel room was not cleaned, they have not provided breakfast on time. this is actually not a hotel,this is a wedding hall. no body receive call on reception,always talk rudely.
