the location of the hotel is really bad. there is no view! also, the food service during breakfast was really slow, we had to wait for half an hour for a basic hot coffee

i had a pleasant stay at the property. while the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, i was fortunate to be upgraded from a deluxe to a cabin room, which provided slightly more space—though still not very spacious. aside from room size, everything else was excellent, from the amenities to the service. overall, a great experience, and i would recommend it with just a note on room dimensions.

Our stay at Santa Roza was amazing. The property is situated a little away from hustle bustle of main Kasauli town surrounded by Pine Trees. Its a beautiful property based on European theme and has all the amenities one can ask for like indoor swimming pool, kids play area, roof top bar with live singing, pool table, indoor games, cycling etc. Staff is polite and takes care of you. A special Thanks to Shruti in restaurant area for taking care of of us. Last but not the least, they upgraded our room from deluxe to suite and allowed us late checkout on our request.

Awesome experience at santa Roza .Everthing was superb like food service cleaniness just one thing we dont like is their small indoor pool. Staff is very cooperative .Thanks for making our stay wonderful

Hotel rooms are clean and food is very good, only problem is service and maintenance as at our trip lift was under maintenance, pool was not clean and bathing area was not working at pool, even the main centre area was not operational

I had sent my grandparents for a couple of days to escape the heat from delhi. The hotel was pathetic, they had construction work going on. Bathroom was stinking all the time. The food was also unpalatable. Coffee machine was also not operational. Over priced with zero facilities.. definitely not a a wlecome heritage experience
