hotel seems to be newly built so very nice. pros: rooms are very good and spacious. it's attached with a high street mall and has everything next to it. lot of parking space. cons: no lift so not seniors/ handicapped friendly hotel. lot of stairs to climb room service is slow and lethargic. not much food options in room service and most of items are unavailable. no kettle in room for tea which is very basic nowadays.

makri k jaale, no hygiene blanket looks nice but that not hygiene, allergy ho gyi nyt ko so kr, food is so much expensive toilet seat leakage flush is not proper working shower is jam wrong soap dispenser balcony not able to use because of spider staff was nice and tries to help on many way

Disappointing Experience – Lack of Hospitality and Unsatisfactory Room Conditions The room I booked was not only cramped but also poorly ventilated, leading to a suffocating atmosphere. Despite my discomfort, attempts to upgrade to a more spacious room were unsuccessful. Deducting 1 star for not updating the Google map location ..It points to the incorrect 5 kms away ..the front desk person did not feel sorry for this insane thing ..Kharar is a flyover zone. You cannot afford to provide incorrect Google Map location
