Title: Terrible Experience - Avoid This HotelI recently stayed at Western Suites Hitech City and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude, especially the receptionist who was very egotistical. The service was terrible, and the rooms reeked of smoke despite the hotel's non-smoking policy.The kitchen area and washrooms were very unhygienic and poorly maintained. It is a clean place. Location is fairly good.
