close to beach, neat and clean property
The owner of the property is very nice and the property is very safe and clean and walking distance to the beach

extremely worst rooms and beds are extremely bad. back pain started in just 5 mins.

specious and clean rooms. initially i was worried about not having restaurant in the property, how ever they helped us with hot water, milk etc for my 1.5 yeanr old baby. breakfast was also good and felt like home made. highly recommend.

rooms were neat and clean. draw backs are TV was added while we were trying to book but when checked in the hotel they claiming no TV for non AC rooms. also we felt price was little expensive as we had found better rooms with more facilities in other hotels near by.
overall good and peace fulk stay.
nothingg specific as such. it was just normal stay.

We booked a Non AC room and it was cool only. The room was so beautiful and spacious plus there is a balcony. The staff are super helpful and the location is very close to Varkala beach.

Decent hotel with basic amenities. No food available you need to order food from swiggy if required. 10 mins walking from the beach. Rather like homestay then a hotel.
10 mins walking from the beach was the major plus point for staying here.

Pros:
1. The stay was relaxing and comfortable.
2. The hotel's location is very close to cliff.
3. The hotel had provided every amenities that they had mentioned.
Cons:
Only the street connecting this location, has a continuous drainage problem. Since always the connecting road is submerged with flowing water, so whenever we had to step out of the hotel, to go to cliff or to the beach, our shoes and dress had been getting wet.
