No power bakup, electricity keeps going continuously, no proper kitchen management, asked for 4 plate idlis they had only 2 what ever item u order u won't get what u ordered, no hand wash in washrooms, u call on 99 and place order but they don't kno which room num u ordering from so by the time u don't go down u want get your incomplete order at your room

no toilet paper, no parking near hotel, no tea coffee in room, no bath tub in room, breakfast delayed beyond expectations. they don't have cooking gas refills , had to wait for breakfast for 3 hrs. poor management arrangement

the room was cute and well designed, with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay
what really stood out was the service. the concierge team went above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed.
the attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me highly recommend "windsor castle " to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and personalized service in a budget!"
overall, hotel windsor castle is recommended for travelers seeking a comfortable stay with good service in the andheri west area of mumbai.

Location not convenient. Lower than average breakfast ruins your day, they bring it from outside & served in the room on your bed because no space to put it anywhere else . Bathroom is the size of a matchbox although amenities like soap & shampoo were provided. Only positive in the hotel was front desk friendly & courtesies people.
