pros- 1)hotel very easily accessible by self car (preferred mode) as on main road near secretariat. 2) walkable distance of 2km to mall road 3) large rooms 4) parking for 6 cars 5) courteous room service cons 1) hotel due for maintenance..old furniture 2) beware of monkeys in windows 3) small property with 8 rooms only 4)dismal tv signal quality 5) bathroom floor having water accumulation

it was a fantastic experience to stay at the prime location of shimla, the staff was very polite and professional. room service was very good. the kids were safe and enjoying themselves even when we went outside for shopping.

average hotel, food is very expensive, little from Mall road. Taxi service provided by hotel people is expensive than outside. you should outsource tours.

unhygienic,worst food,waste of money..only go there in emergency , I waited room service for more than 2 hours ..i ordered ginger tea but there was no ginger and no milk ,it was like a hot water., don't ever go there

Really a nice stay at hotel, we booked two rooms, both were spacious enough, beds were clean, separate blanket was available in wardrobe. Early check-in was available for one room, hot water was there. Only issue was with room heater, it was chargeable, but was not useful at all. Not sure about food as we did not try.

Verry good ambiance, nice staff. Near to Railway station and Mall Road. Vehicle can go upto Hotel. Parking space is available.
