Loved my stay here, everything seemed perfect. They have a very nice cafe downstairs, good food available around. Rooms are of good quality, fine ambience. Take it at this price, you will like the stay

This was one of my favourite places to stay in the city but this recent visit of mine has highly discouraging. I can speak of the corporate rooms like 101, 201 etc which are severely run-down. the ACs don't work, the mini-fridge doesn't work, electric kettle damaged, many switches are loose and coming off..... the hotel is in severe need of maintenance which has been neglected for too long. Very disappointing stay.

The hotel was clean, with ample amenities. The staff were polite and mostly helpful. But the entire service did feel a bit overpriced. Water was not free. Once, the landline to call Reception from the room stopped working and it had to be replaced. The fan started making extremely loud creaking noises at 1a.m in the night, which disrupted sleep, and the issue could not be resolved. The blanket was a bit rough to the skin as well. Overall an okay experience.

The drainage system of the bathroom is very very poor. Water and human waste were leaking from the commode. Management was not at all responsive about this problem, He was continuously asking for checkout in spite of this problem...

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are big and clean. They send a cleaning service to every room every day. The internet works without any problem. The location is very great! Amazing value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!
