We book studio apartment with sofa cunm bed but when we came in night they change our room and behaves not well....otherwise room is ok...

The bathroom doesn't have hot water and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working as well.On the 13th November 2024 I spoke to the manager about the gas stove (3 burner) not working and he mentioned we provided induction for the same. we're a family of 4 and have time wait long hours to cook as induction can only cook 1 dish At a time.Internet (wifi) connection keeps dropping all the time and the mobile connectivity is just not there so there's no mobile internet as well.Think 10 times befo ...more

Hotel is in near by baga beach...stay was awesome...room was very spacious....staff behaviour also supportive....but there were no reception available in the hotel...food were not available... swimming pool is in the hotel but with lots of restrictions......overall I rated 10 out of 9.... Thanks 🙏

Overall stay was good and room was clean and neat. Manager guru has organised us a good stay and lot of cooperation.
