room and specificly bathroom were in very bad condition. Can’t even think and breakfast was also very poor menu and not even served hot in rainy and cold dayRoom service and water catle are as also very dirty with fungus on the top of lid and line of towel and bedsheets was also very bad

Wonderful experience about this property is during the entrance you find the location in the busy main market of Pahalgam but to your surprise once you enter the property the view changes completely. The property has a huge lawn area decorated beautifully with the snow clad peaks at the back drop. You move further into the lawn area and find the stairs leading to the bank of Lidder river which is again perfectly decorated with garden, seating area and activity centre. Too overpriced
Few good things abt the stay: Room was big n warm
Service was excellent
Food was okayish
Location was excellent.But all this was certainly not worth the 9300 we paid for 1 day.. The hotel has not been maintained at all.
It needs a fresh paint n furniture replacement badly.

staffs are good, but really bad experience we are facing. we got mud water with kerosene bad smell. if we reports to house keeping or management they say it's quite natural..and heaters are making bad noise...overall not worth of money what we paid for per day exclusive of tax..
