Booked a room so called gold eleganza room was quite bug but lighting is very poor in amenities they are only giving a soap which is so hard that you can't wash your hand with it. TV was not working which was already informed during check in, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room when I have asked for repellent they had sent but it was not working at all. During checkout they have refused to provide a gst bill as the room was booked.Amenities provided at this rate and at last denied to provide a gst bill.

I stayed here for 2 nights. I paid around 2500/night for 1 room. The bathroom was pathetic. Room did not had any door mattresses. Geyser was not in place. In breakfast they gave 4 small pieces bread with tea. The good reviews are for the rooms costing 3500Rs+. They did not clean the room after one day. I wanted to give ratings in minus but was not able to. They do not provide mineral water bottle without cost as well. The staff was nice.
