Rooms were small & below average. Room heater was not working. Food and service were ok.

We have warmex in our rooms, and they are fully automatic. We have no room heater in our room. Be positive always.

Though i had read negative reviews still i went ahead with the booking.all were true.very very small room.curtains made of plastic.No hot water...no heat in their heating system.when i complained i got reply hum iska kuch nahi kar sakte.no power backup..not at all recommened in winters.

The location of the hotel is a plus. the food is good and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and warm. They helped us arrange a trip to Bootspathri which is located near LOC and is a mesmerizing site to be in. thank you for that.

Heater installed in Hotel is not effective and most of the time not working. Stay in this hotel in winter season is not preferable.

We have fully automatic warmex heater in our hotel.how u check most of them are not working.dear be positive always

quite a good hotel to stay. Staff behaviour was okay ok. The view from the room is really very good. Little bit costlier i would say. Good.

Yemberzal was a pleasant stay over all...The view is great, but apart from that the rooms definitely do no justice for the price they charge.....but point to note is all the properties at Gulmarg in general are highly priced...Over al it was good. But the hotel is definitely not worth the amount they charge.

Very bad experience.. They denied to give us the rooms, which has already booked and paid by us in advance. After long wait they provided the ordinary rooms. Very bad smelly blanket, bed sheet etc.
