Room size is very small, bed is not king size not even Queen size. Hotel manger asked to wait for 5 pm as room was not available. If room not available why they took reservation, is should show sold out. Hotel staff was doing some work full night and creating noise due to that not able to sleep. Room - 1 Service- 2

no mug in the washroom no extra towel available ac remote isn't available washroom tap leaking continuously but the receptionist was helpful and polite the metro was too close from the location the room was having a lot of issues no cupboards to keep Baga we kept our bags on floor they were accomodating in some other room but the time when they called us were sleeping in evening so we were a little lazy to get up room was clean the mattress was toooo small for two people they need to keep something extra thanks

• The staff's exceptional support deserves a rating of 5 for this aspect. • The room cleanliness fell short, with noticeable dust in the corners. • The bathroom met basic expectations. But lacked thorough cleaning, and the bucket and cup appeared notably old. • Noise from neighboring rooms and corridors was audible. • It's advisable to purchase water bottles externally, as the hotel charges more than the MRP. Metro station ke niche hi hotel he..baki room bekar hee...najdik me koi achhi nasta kar ne ki koi jagah bhi nahi he..me ki si ko refer nhi karuna..ye hotel ko.

my expiriance was very bad so i can't rate them becoz ther was no water in wasroom and blash is not warking and no sarvise kubrt is so darty so many problem so that's why so thanku me vapas vaha nahi jana chahungi wast of mony🙏🏻
