I am quite regular with zenia, the staff and management are good & responsive. The apartments are sometimes good & sometimes below average. As they have more than 50 apartments however I'd recommend it.

The communication lags, for example when I confirmed we don’t need housekeeping I still had people ringing the foretell for same, when asked assistance for application login in smart tv I did not receive any response.
