Absoloutely bizzare experience, starting from the reception girl she is too mannerless and arrogant , rooms were smelly , fan not working , ac not working ... also overcharged us 1000 rs on 3000 rs booking

it was okay to stay but there is need to be addressed some important issues:1.TV was not working at all image attached,I think it should work when we pay a decent taffif.2.Food cost too high although outside available good taste with affordable cost.3.breakfast not up to the mark need to improve.4.Rooms required renovation.Good quality:1.hire staff with special abilities 2.check in and check out smooth.3.Prime location without disturbance.

Good stay. AC was not working so had to shift rooms but still it was a problem. Otherwise it's a decent place, good service.

Worst hotel stay experience ever. They said Centralised AC was not working, and made us stay in a twin bed room with just a single ceiling fan. No lighting and power cut at reception, rooms were dirty, smelly and stuff. There was no proper ventilation or exhaust in the bathrooms, hence it became more smelly. Service was so slow that just a single guy was handling everything. We asked for room cleaning or just wiping, tea kits, extra towels and they were not provided. No complimentary breakfast w ...more

1. acs dont work in the entire hotel. 2. i had booked a junior suit. ac was not working. 3. i was shifted to a premium room, where they joined the 2 twin beds to make one large bed ! the ac was just about ok. 4. wont recommend.

Very poor service,AC is not working and even they know before booking but they didn't inform and electricity also not working.....they given solution for table fan..... ridiculous..... worst experience......
