Hotel ANAND, HARIDWAR

Really it was very bad experience at hotel. Staff is having very rude behavior nobody listen at once, it's like u have to do self service on your own. Bathroom is having very small size compare to room and their is no tv recharge done and mobile network problem issue is also their. The staff and even owner treat guest like causual they means nothing to them. Overall experience is very bad 👎 I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel unless it's emergency, although there are many good hotel beside this which are may be not be listed or shown in hotel Whatever I wrote it's a honest experience from my side even lots of people reported same problem on their review, only very few people have commented positive review. So i tell everyone before booking The guest should be treated as God they treat as they are nothing to them and they already know that lots of people come to haridwar so, Don't plan to stay their for long time, only in emergency case one can stay their for one day if u are single. Hotel is not good to stay with family or as a couple otherwise u will loose ur mood in haridwar which u came for worship and enjoyment. The main reason is only due to owner and staff egoistic behavior feels bad to stay in hotel. Only I find sweeper person their who has done it's job nicely and it's behavior is also good will listen and follow your order mannerly.

Specially Mr He has no manner to talk to guestThe room (no. 204) which was allotted to me very small size and there were very dust on head of bed and bed sheet was very dirty.The intercom telephone was not in working condition and TV connection was not recharged at that time.I informed about telephone and TV to Mr Rahul. He has no manner to talk with guest. He had rude behaviour with us.I will not wish to stay in Hotel Anand and I will not recommend to my relative and near & dear for Hotel Anand.

room 204&202 were very bad experience.also behaviour of staffs are very rude.rooms are unhygienic also.very small size rooms and bathrooms are very dirty.no provision of electric kettle.overall very bad experience gather.not recommended anyone to book the hotel. all amenities shows but no such arrangements from the hotel side.they are also very rude.i suggest you to please look into the matter.waste of money

average hotel hai. thoda management ki jarurat hai kyuki room me cockroach bare pade hai. guest ki complaint pe hi work karte hai jab Tak customer complaint nahi karega tak tak koi facility nahi milegi.
