none covid protocols followed, none of the staff wore mask, no thermal checking of guests. No tea making kit, hangers, linen, toiletries in room, bathroom window broken, room full of mosquitoes, AC faulty. Had to wait for long for ordered tea or food. No safe parking. Moreover, pics are deceptive the hotel location is in a shady place. worst if u r traveling with kids or elderly. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms equipped with all the basic facilities. We had a wonderful experience there. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Even if you want some food which is not in their menu, they were ready to offer you that on request. It is a perfect place to enjoy your stay with family and freinds. Thanks a lot team Avista

1 One of the worst hotel we stayed in 2.Hotel looks good in reality it is so bad3. Rooms and toilets are so small and congested4. The kitchen is so dirty and unhygienic looks like municipal garbage dumped area 5. Service is so poor lot of people laying in sofa but no one works

Amenities are very well and good according to price, very close to bus stand, its walkable distance, Good services with humble staff Its very good stay at this hotel for family and friends, food is also good with quick service
