The property facing the issues & informing has done nothing & to top it all the place of stay charged 1500 in addition. As the time was 1am in the night had to pay & take the room as was left out stranded Worst & pathetic place they dont even give a bottle of water also . The person on the reception deapite knowing english was litreally replying to the oyo staff when they called that he only knows Tamil So my advice do not book this dirty place .All the thing

I booked room ,but I went there they are asking for extra amount ,If I did not pay they not ready to give room to me,I went 13:30 hrs it's means I can't able cash back at situation I paid extra amount, in room inside no TV,hot Water facility, even they didn't give complementary water to me very worst and rude behavior from desk person. Please don't stay dirty room ,dirty behavior

why this kind of cheating. you have charged for my booking but when visiting hotel they said room is not booked. why you people earning money by this way. I'm not stayed in that hotel but charged money for it. contacted your customer support continuously but no response.
