Absolutely disgusting hotel. Firstly they tried to get us to settle for a ground floor room which was stinking and dirty. Then they accommodated us to a room upstairs, all the while giving a look as if they're doing us a favour. Again, the sheets and the pillow covers were dirty, and when we asked to put fresh ones, the staff had the audacity to say "why is it needed" and "this is clean only", even after we showed them the dirty sheets. Bathroom was stinking. They don't have a lift. The room furniture and doors look as if it's a makeshift accomodation. There is no lift. The "restaurant" (even though it cannot be called that) where they serve the food is unhygienic. Someone tried to get into our room at night! There is no provision of a keycard and a smart lock, only manual key and door knobs to lock the door. Please think thrice before booking this hotel. Would suggest you to go someplace else if possible.

good location. rooms are small but is VFM for the price they charge. room is clean but the bed linen was pathetic. 3 stars only because the linen and blankets wete so dirty, it looked brown. amd theh was no room cleaning on day 2. not sure if room cleaning is on demand or not. nothing else to complain about. they have a restaurant and roadside parking for cars. pretty safe area.

We went for temple trip and stayed for a day, the hotel needs lot of improvements in service and customer care. Complimentary breakfast is from not pure vegiterian. so we avoided the food. however the room cleanliness and service is below expectation.

This is an excellent Hotel in Madurai city.The place is calm and peaceful.Well organised rooms with hot water facility.Beds are excellent.Staffs are very cordial.A small restaurant is attached with the hotel for the necessary food items.
