The experience in this hotel room was worse, I had never experienced such a bad hotel before. The room was not cleaned, the bathroom and especially the cummods felt like not cleaned for decades. The AC was not working, the bathroom tap was broken, the door lock was broken once you came inside and we couldn't leave the room because we couldn't keep our things unblocked. The staff and hotel manager were worse and they did not attend calls and after complaints they did not even bother to care about anything. It seems like they did not like the room booked. Mosquitoes were high in number in that room and could even sleep for the entire night.highly disappointed.
