I'm writing to express my disappointment with my current stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience has been subpar due to several issues. Specific problems: 1. Room cleanliness: The room is not properly cleaned, and amenities are lacking. 2. Water availability: There is no water supply in my room. 3. Staff behavior: A staff member from Assam used abusive language, making me feel uncomfortable.

The management has demanded an extra rupee other than the payment made for the room. Room has not been allotted on ground of refusal of extra payment and threaten to customer that make extra payment otherwise your booking would be cancelled and same will not be refunded.

Room was Average,But they are speaking more rules. Not allowing any grace time before and post check out. No mini sofa or any arrangement to relax,where small oyo rooms also providing Only best was ,can be accessible to nearby temples with short distance

Worst place ever. It was very untidy and not cleaned at all. The bedsheets caused allergy. Definitely it is not worth the money. Needs clean up.
