worst experience,they provide lifebuoy soap instead of handwash ..this is the only thing which they provide . nothing else ..812 room was pathetic,floor full of cigarettes patches ,bedsheet in worst condition,sofa couches has holes in it ,washroom dirtiest,under washbasin there is no dustbin ,all waste thrown below sink .. AC throwing hot air ,didnt provide water bottle and towel.need to buy from restaurant if you book u money is wasted like ours ..Goibibo books only room cost swimming pool charge is extra 236 per person which has timing - morning 6:30 to 10:30 and evening - 5:30 to 7:30 never ever book this crossaindra or dlf my pad..

This is a kind of scam. These are not hotels. There is filth in the room, no support staff of any kind, they will stop picking up the phone after check in, no one will even come to check whether you are alive or dead. I would request all of you to avoid scams in the name of such hotels.

Ac was not working Sofa was toarned Now towels was provided Chairs was not there. When asked provided with broken chair. Room was not clean

Location is superb but room are old & used not exactly what they are showing, host is good
