The room allotted to us was having issues with AC cooling and even the fan was not working properly we got the room changed after having discussions with the staff, the lift was under maintenance for the starting two days approx later on it got resolved. The hotel looked shabby overall as used linens / to be given linens were kept on steps , the extra bedding was there all the time in the passage, basic tissue papers were missing in the room. The staff was cooperative and helpful the complimentary breakfast was superb. Overall if the facility gets renovated a bit and has basic things reworked on it will be one of the finest hotels in Goa by sure.

beautiful hotel with lovely and helping nature staff....the decor throughout is well maintained. Mayur on reception and other housekeeping staff are exceptional hosts and they ensured that stay is comfortable. there was medical exigency with my friend...Mayur recommended the best hospital in goa and throughtout the stay he ensured that everything is going well with us. We extended our stay at Derive and the transition was seamless... Thank you Mayur and Team for comfy stay..will definately miss the TEA...👍😊 safe secure and trustworthy hotel. We were two of us...

Overall a good experience and Will tag this hotel as the affordable option available in this are. Good hotel at this price range in Goa. Best part is the courteous staff specially Saurabh. They can do better in terms of breakfast buffet though. The place is brand new and we got to know about it through Amor beach since it's there second property. people looking for affordable stay can pick this one for sure. it's near Novotel hotel in Candolim and just 5 mins ride from the main beach.

Review Not maintained well...Rusts in the handrails of Balcony( it's very risky and How we will sit /stand in the balcony by holding hands in the handrails , when I informed the Owner about this, he told us that Metals have rusts normally.), Food cooked with Bad oil and taste the same., dining area Fridge so much rusts ,Wifi not provided ,TV are seen damaged , Balcony electricity wiring is not maintained properly ,Some rooms with no cooling AC,Balcony AC out stand fully with rusts.

The fact that they never even considered a partial refund when my flight got cancelled has seriously turned me off, I booked their hotel the previous night and within 4 hours I came to know my flight was cancelled. Their phone was off the hook until 10:30 am the next day. Once they did pick their phone, they declined to understand my situation and declined any form of refund. I wouldn't even consider them for my next travel.

They don't even provide brush kit to their customers. But have 2 names of water. Complementary water and water. U will get the same bottle but one is chargeable and one not. This is ridiculous. We thought one bottle per day is complementary but no. We had to pay for all the 6 bottles we asked them to send.

Worst experience . Worst room. Bathroom was stinky. We booked room for 4 but only 2 can accommodate . They never mentioned for extra bedding . Outside our room there was bee hive. We cannot even open window..

Hotel manager purshottam was excellent he helped us with all our needs. Hotel staff was very courteous and helped with every request made people are excellent in this hotel and they made our trip memorable
