Well to begin with my sojourn stay here was okay . On the first day i was 'upgraded' from premium room to some Honey moon room.. To be honest it was a downgrade as the room was very tidy. However i requested staff to allot me the room that i had booked and they acceded to my request the next day. It was a bit of inconvenient for us the first day but rest of the days were all fine. Food was very good and was a bit on pricier side. Service was very good. Location might be a bit challenging as in the Pics uploaded are older and a new building has come nearby which hinders the beautiful view from the balcony of the hotel. Plus i won't recommend this hotel during snow days as it becomes really challenging to reach to this hotel as one has to climb a steep road and during snow this road is very slippery. Nevertheless, staff was cooperative, food was good (but costly), service was great.

The stay was very comfortable and staffs were very cordial and helpful. Food was also very good. Best option if someone is looking for affordable stays with quality services. Location is slightly far from Mall road but it is away from the crowd which makes it a pleasant option.

very very good experience! The property is very well developed and maintained. The interior, staff behaviour and amenities all were very good. The location that you will find on Google map is not correct it's actually near hotel green apple.
