Fabhotel Prime Foxtale Beach Resorts & Spa - On Calangute Beach

Location is 10/10. 1 minute away from the sea. Coming to the room, it's quite decent, the private pool is also upto the mark. But contrary to the description, no hair dryer was provided, and there was no spa facility available. Food is 10/10- very good in both taste and quality although a bit overpriced which is very common. About the staff- we had asked for bucket and extra pillows and none was provided. We were told bucket would be arranged for but nothing was done. Checkout time is 11am and they wouldn't let you stay in the room for a minute more, started calling since half an hour before the checkout time. Overall impression is that the resort is fairly good, but staff needs to be a bit more hospitable and management should remove the amenities from the description if they are not going to provide the visitors with the same. Room was good but restaurant and food was very bad. Hospitality is very poor, one old lady was there and she was behaving like hostel warden. On first day we requested for bread during breakfast but bread was not kept despite multiple requests. Even when tea was finished, it was not refilled till at least 25 minutes, finally we had to leave without having bread and tea. We asked for bottle opener in room and they did not provide, at the end I had to go to kitchen for the same. During checkout one lady in our group sat on sofa with her legs folded (like we sit on floor), the old lady immediately instructed her to keep legs down. This is very poor behavior we have ever seen.

can I give zero star. except it's location right at beach and good breakfast every other things are bad. they didn't allotted room which I booked. then shifted to me to another room, which was full of cockroach and smelling.

Overall it was a very good stay. Hotel is just next to beach. The restaurant has a beautiful view of sea. Only issue was a car parking. There is no dedicated space available to park the car.
