Once I selecting this hotel on earlier review basis I little hesitated but when I entered in hotel since check in to check out all staff are highly cooperative. Even unfortunately my wife get injured during visit local site the hotel reception provided me well equipped first aid box(photo enclosed)all visiting place nearby on walking distance. one more thing this is the best hotel on affordable cost.Thank you.Cooperation of staff.Window side view is awsome specially room no.102.

It was great experience to stay in a Greenland guesthouse. Room was very clean and attractive too. we have provided 24 hour hot and cold water. Most amazing thing is that this all we got at a so much affordable rate. whenever I would go to diu I will surely stay in Greenland. Thanks Goibibo.

Good ambience, well maintained, Clean room and comfortable bed.Hotel staff was very co-operative and friendly. Overall a good experience Basic amenities like parking space outside the hotel, warm water facility, dressing table, cupboard etc were available to make your stay more comfortable
