Live on MRT736

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my room lacked several basic amenities, including a complimentary water bottle, toiletries, towels, kettle, and telephone. As a result, I had to visit the receptionist multiple times to request these essentials. When I asked to change rooms due to the lack of amenities, I was informed that there were no vacant rooms available. Furthermore, when I inquired about how to contact room service, I was advised to use my personal mobile phone and was given a card having contact number for room service. I don't why should I use my personal number to call for room service. However, latter after wasting my some time the telephone was provided. What I found most surprising was that when I requested my room key before leaving the hotel, I was told that it couldn't be provided and that I should simply close the door from the outside. Given the lack of basic amenities and services, I question the hotel's ability to provide a satisfactory experience for its guests. It's better to choose dharamshala instead of this hotel.

it was good experience with this hotel, nice location, neat and clean room. good staff. good experience with the hotel, beautiful rooms , excellent food quality, well connected to GT road. there is nothing to dislike there, everything is good.familiar atmosphere and easily reachable destination. near sheoprix mall . buses are available for delhi nearby hotel. Staff is very cooperative and room service is good. room is well furnished and decorated with curtains towards the road side. food quality is good with reasonable price. you can easily travel from here to any part of city. I found a great hotel in Meerut and I want to stay here every time. place is safe and fully paisa vassol hotel. I recommend it to everyone to stay here. beautiful rooms and lift facility is available.

we have ordered chicken lollipop it is of 150rupees.Quantity is not mentioned in the menu I asked the receptionist person what is the quantity quarter or half or full she said that it is according to plate and then we have ordered one plate. And then at the time of check out when they have given us the bill it is mentioned 150(2pieces) they have made 300rupees for 4pieces and then when I have argued that I have asked the receptionist person what is the quantity then they have lied that you didn't ask.. There is no water in the room for drinking and no glasses.

It's an amazing experience with aroma regency, couple friendly, Good location, delicious food, Staff is so humble and supportive but only thing disappointed me and that is a big glass window in the room and after that yellow curtain over there, which is giving un-necessary light in the room after switching off all the lights. And for that I haven't given 5 star, otherwise full marks to comfort and other things. Location is easily reachable from city, ola cab is available within 5 min, food is delicious & delivery too and of course staff is so supportive.
