hotel staff is inexperienced, zero room service. don't add breakfast in stay as they give just tea and two slices of bread and no other options.the hotel refused to give gst bill and said you will get bill from booking platform and we are not gst registered.

AC wasn't working, It mentioned the restaurant but it doesn't have. And most of all they provided normal water and charged as mineral water. Breakfast was pathetic and just toast and tea everyday

They lock the main entrance gate by 10PM which cause inconvenience if one is out for work or other activities

Matress on the bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was okay though and it was neat and clean
