it is not a hotel but a nice and peaceful home. They treat and serve you like family member. very neat and clean rooms and bathroom. Families are recommended to stay here and enjoy like home. location is also very near to all important places. overall excellent to spend quality time in this guest house. if you really wanted to stay in peacefull and homely environment and is will suggest you madhu residency. there are few restrictions but we should respect the owner as he has made it to make us comfortable.

Location of the property is excellent as it's just in Karunamoyee Salt Lake. Rooms are good and furnished with modern amenities. In-house food prepared is very tasty though a bit expensive. Staffs are very polite. 2 things that they need to provide is the room key and mosquito repellent as these are essential in Salt Lake. Room key need to be provided to the customers. I recommend this property to the travellers.

Was pleasantly surprised by the pampering recd. at this hotel. Everything and every person was neat and clean. Specially my conversation with Mr. Arjun(Manager). The staff was extremely helpful in diverse ways apart from performing their assigned duties.I would recommend Madhu Residency, Kolkata to all choosy and discriminating travelers. This is truly an home away from Home.. !!

This hotel is situated at a very good location i.e karunamoyee where u can easily find bus/auto/taxi service and is in close proximity to various eateries and hangout zones. The hotel has a very good Manager and staff who can take care of your needs. Overall I recommend it.

It's very excellent. I'm really glad. Very nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. The gentleman's help and support staff is very good and very good things man. I got better than I wanted. I LIKE IT. 😍

Location is very good, very friendly behavior of staffs, excellent service, homemade food is delicious though a bit costly, hotel facilities are very good which includes high speed wifi.

Overall: 1) Not recommended for couples. 2) They don't provide you keys. 3) Food is not allowed in room. 4) Its more of a service apartment in a residential building.

Nice location very near to metro and mall. The place is at 4th floor and the building doesn't have lift. So not good for people with heavy luggage. Nice service.
