Pathetic. Hotel is located in a slim. Clumsy, ******** No cleanliness, no hygiene. Pathetic room service. No pantry or kitchen. They brought breakfast from outside. All linen were used, untidy full of hair and stains. They changed the linen with another set which was again dirty. They explained that they have only these sets which can't be washed due to rain. We reached there at 9 pm and totally tired. So, there was no chance to search for a new place to stay. We were compelled to stay there as already money was paid. I was totally embarrassed in front of my friends....

Hotel tarif very high. This is not hotel just Guest House and surrounding location is very pathetic. I had already paid amount at the time of booking. Otherwise I cannot stay here. I waste my total money.....

when we booked the hotel we saw the reviews but when we came here it was all false reviews. hotel is in gali, no parking place, no reception, no chairs in the room no intercom in the room, we stayed in room number 01 which is just opposite to that gali when we asked to changed

Very nice rooms and hospitality and service is very good.Owner and room caretaker are very friendly and helpful,available every time you call them as quick possible.Owner will also guide you to plan destinations to visit.Very near to market place and can go by walking to bus stand.Rooms quality is good and amenities are as given as in description by hotel advertisement.Hotel also provide breakfast lunch and dinner but we have not tried so i cannot comment on taste but the food service is also good complimented by other guests.overall experience was very good and budget friendly.as the hotel is very near to market,as a couple we can safely and freely go for walk at night because there are always some people on streets and not feel alone.Family friendly and kids friendly too.

Hotel Madhumati, awesome...all service under one roof. Delicious breakfast...Poha (on first day), Paratha (2nd day)... and wonderful tea...Neat and clean room...Mr. K. D. Dhebe the manager is very friendly and helpful he provides his own vehicle for site seeing which is driven by himself only. He also guided us throughout our 1st day tour...His vehicle and service main advantage was, he has never given us any time-limit, we spend time at every spot till our satisfaction. this is only my first day review. yet 2 more days to go...I am writing this on second day morning.... thanks

hotel was good and services was awesome. the owner himself would take you on sight seeing and it's so good. his behaviour is nice and understanding. if you book offline you'll get discount on rooms. AC , TV , everything was working good. room was near to bus stand. over all nice experience.

One of the best hotels at the Mahabaleshwar city centre. Worth for every money spent. The staff if very friendly. The environment is safe for family and couples. The rooms are neet and tidy. I highly recommend this hotel if you need the accessibility to all the facilities Everything was good

Nice stay. Close to market. Courteous family and very helpful host (Kondiba Bhau). You can check with him for sightseeing too. Clean and neat rooms with ample of space and an extra single bed in the room of two. Breakfast is complimentary and tasty too. Overall a great experience.

Best hotel near market ,staff is very good and cooperative...you can njoy your stay in this hotel...even they will provide you food if asked but we have to pay extra for that....Breakfast is just like a home food.... next time surely will visit again
