Nature View Residency

Enjoyed my stay here with one of my male friend. This is the most cheapest option that came in my search list on goibibo and it was worth the stay. If you are tight on budget and looking to stay away from the market crowd, this is a good option. Its walking distance from Mahabaleshwar bus stand and market. Suitable for couples and friends. We opted for valley facing room and the view from windows was good. Rooms and bathroom were clean. There are two rooms. The bed, mirror and TV is in outside room. The bathroom is in the inside room. Otherwise except for tubelight, the inside room is empty. The owner should install fan and one bed there so that a family or group of 4 friends can stay there. They don't have their own restaurant but they arrange for food and menu is in the room. There was no network problem. We kept windows open at night and there was no problem of mosquitos and insects. One of the boys (Rakesh) gave us good service with whatever we required like change in set top box and remote, extra blanket, towel and soap, switching on geyser as per our morning time,etc. Only thing, as there is no telephone, we had to call on his mobile no. from our mobile. The towel had stains on the edges which made it look dirty. Moreover, its a bit difficult to locate this place. Some Muslim family stays on the ground floor on one side. We mistakenly went there first. Hotel is on first and second floor. However there is no reception. Luckily when we reached, a boy was there and handed us the room key. The owners were helpful in clarifying my doubts and were in touch with me on whatsapp and also providing flexible checkin and checkout timings. Surely will recommend to others.

pros. 1.Room and bathroom Was clean 2.co-operative Staff of 1or 2 people's 3.nice view from Window if you got valley view room. 4.700 meters from Bus stand and main market 5. tv with limited chanel 6.wifi but not informed to me. cons 1.even though it is situated at main area but there is a slum area nearby hotel 2.feels a bit unsafe because of the area near by and hotel was looking like empty ?? i dont know why Because the rate of hotel is so reasonable even though it was looking like empty. thats why unsafe. 3. you will get hot water if you ask for it. and have to wait. geaser connection is reserved by hotel. Co-operative staff.

--If you plan for a economical 1 day stay, it's good and sufficient.--Rooms provided were big, with a king size bed. However, chair and dustbin were missing.--Geysers were non-functional but hot water was provided by the service boy on request, the guy was polite and cooperative.--Valley view from room was indeed good.--Lift was not present, so my grandfather had a little problem in climbing stairs.--parking space is big and property is very close to main market.For me overall experience was satisfactory.

First of all I would like to tell you it's not a hotel it is like appartment, if your bajet is low than its ok on the valley view is good now come to all negative points TV was not working some electric point was not working I was there for two days no lights in the bathroom no reception no parking facility, but only think they don't deny your booking like OYO do 🙏
