Hotel O City Of Joy

When I reached the hotel, due to a bit of technical difficulties of booking, in the beginning they told me they can't provide me the room. But the manager himself helped me to solve the problem. After the issue was solved everything else was nice. The hotel is located in a safe and easily accessible location. Very polite and well behaved staff. Room was clean, well arranged and spacious. One can easily order food from room service though if any body wants, the restraunts and food stalls are at a walking distance. My overall experience with the hotel was very good. I didn't find any complain to make.

I stayed there with my family for 2 weeks. It is a long time to commit to an accommodation you never experienced before but luckily I had one of the best experience. The location is in a cul-de-sac, which is nice and quite --> food joints just meters away and Uber / Ola can find your location pretty easily. The manager and staff were really polite, humble & always smiling. They go above and beyond to meet your expectations. The food prepared/ served feels like home cooked. The size of the rooms are big enough. Highly recommended accommodation.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Good service!!

The service staff is very cooperative and helpful. They kept my luggage till 6pm after check out as my flight was in late evening. Food is good. Overall a good value for money and pleasant stay with family.
