একদম অপরিষ্কার হোটেল ।স্টাফদের ব্যবহার প্রথমে খুবই খারাপ ।আমার প্রথমে বলে আমরা এ রুম দিই না ।অনেক বলার পর আমাকে 1 ঘন্টা পর বেলা 2 টোর সময় ঘর দেয় ।চাদর বালিশ প্রচণ্ড নোংরা ।বাথরুমের ট্যাপ দিয়ে জল পরেনা ।যারা লোকাল 1 ঘন্টার জন্য রুম নেয় তাদের কে রুম ভাড়া দেয় পরে পরিস্কার না করেই আমাদের কে দিয়ে দেয় । টাওল তো কবেকার পরিস্কার বোঝা মুস্কিল ।

room was not clean, in afternoon we asked for tea, they were not able to deliver, food quality was satisfactory, in the morning they were sleeping till 11:00 AM, we woke them for checking out, called for breakfast many times there was not a single answer...They are pathetic... DON'T STAY HERE
