HI! I VISITED THIS HOTEL WITH MY FAMILY & FRIENDS IN SEPTEMBER 2018 .WE ARE TOTAL 3 FAMILIES SO I BOOKED 2 BIG ROOMS .I TOTALLY RECOMMENDED THIS PROPERTY FOR FAMILY OVER ALL - Amazing service from all the staff - reception, guest services, housekeeping, restaurant - with a lot of attention to detail and personalization. A unique experience that exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, and very clean. I will come back and recommend it.

Best for family stay, hotel is not allowed male friends group for stay, best location walking distance from nakki lake & polo ground, best view of abu atmosphere from top floor.

Very pathetic service. No hygine maintain Hv booked room with 4 bed and they give only 2 towels and no bathroom kit was given even next day morning as well they hv not provide another towel or even soap. I will never come back and even not recommand anyone to go there. Not at all. We 20 people group had been there and it was the worst experience of my life

.. the hotel staff came to our room knocking our door at 9 am, they were not aware of the time of the check out time which was given 10 am, it was the management duty to inform the staff about the same. I will say that the owner who is staying in the same property is not professional and even his staff bathroom doesn't have mirror which is basic, room not clean ..

the staff helped us check in at 2 am in the night and even helped us arrange for a taxi pick up at midnighr drom abu road station. the rooms are clean and decent in size. breakfast is reasonable and fairly good. the disadvantages are that hot water is provided only till 9.30 AM and they hurry you a lot on check out day and keep checking on your check out readiness from 7 AM in the morning in some or the other pretext. location is fairly decent with nakki lake being a 15 mins walk from hotel...no ...more

Hotel is on hill like road..near to nakki lake and main market. Rooms were pretty clean maintained and well equipped.. highly recommended budget hotel..

As it was cold days , hotel has restrictions on hot water , hot water is there only till 9 : AM & we have reached there at 10 AM & there was no hot water . Bed sheets , Duvet cover & pillow cover was not changed, we have asked staff to replace but they didn't do it , there was stains on bed sheets. Front office guy was bit roude to us , wouldn't recommend this hotel.

A genuine review, as a lot of people need it while booking a hotel. The hotel was really amazing. Ambience, food, services, amenities everything was good. A rooftop restaurant is a plus point of the hotel. Hotel staff was co-operative and owner was really good. As a family we got to stay in a single room and we could easily enjoy during the night hours as we were in the same room.

Amazing Place to Stay with or without Family. Excellent services.. Well behaved staff..and offcourse Very polite and kind Management. Clean n hygiene room n washroom.. Food was also yum.. (specially veg biryani). and wide open roof top with amazing views of mount.. Love the Place.. I will give 11/10 for sure❤️ The Room n Staff services.

one of the finest hotel in the mount abu ,in terms of cleanliness,food,kids play area.complementry music show in the evening is fabulous.MUST STAY in this hotel. all the guests are with family .couples are generally not allowed.this is best thing about this hotel.
