Me and my wife's experience was very bad. Rooms were very unhygienic, ugly, stinking 24/7. I couldn't capture all the photos, I tried to open drawers but it didn't open easily, took lot of effort, in drawer lot of insects were there, they did lot damaged and wood powder was inside the drawer. Even wardrobe was in similar situation, photos attached. I complained to room cleaner that room is very ugly, please clean the same, she replied everything is cleaned but it was not. Then I told hotel owner she replied positively but nothing much was done. I asked for another room but they denied. They charged Rs....for such a ugly room, lot of mosquitoes were inside in bedroom, bathroom, room freshener was not there. Bathroom was also ugly. Check out time was 12 pm but hotel staff Mr. Hemant told did not agreed he told it is 11 am....

one of the best location to stay in Diu. owner is also so genuine. staff are also good and provide me a fast service, menu are not so costly and its a marvelous stay. thankyou rashik Bhai for your service...I would like to recommend this property for everyone..

Hotel is good and even their staff is really helpful and understanding they help us and the person who is sitting at reception is always helpful he fillfull our needs whenever we ask for and they are really humble and helpful I will recommend other to stay here

hotel owner is very kind and helpful. staff is also very nice. enjoyed food as it was the best food. being this resort just two steps ahead main Nagoa beach was the plus point for all of us.

the room is very untidy having damped smell inside. the room rent is too high comparative to level of luxury and comfort. even there is no regular room cleaning.

value for money. location is superb. the rooms are OK the bathrooms are a bit old-fashioned. food is expensive but good in quality. they serve you all drinks.
